We only accept returns or exchanges on damaged items, or order errors by Eighth Generation, LLC. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons. There will be no returns or exchanges on custom products. All return or exchange requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will pay for such return shipment cost. Refunds or exchanges will be issued after a satisfactory inspection has been performed. All product packages must be unopened and in their original inner pack cartons.
